Kate Bachenberg, DNP
Kate Bachenberg is a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared Nurse Practitioner with a background in critical care and hospital medicine. After years of working in high-acuity inpatient settings as both a registered nurse and charge nurse, she developed a strong foundation in precision, safety, and clinical decision-making.
Her transition into aesthetic medicine was driven by a passion for blending medical expertise with artistry—focusing on subtle, natural results that enhance rather than alter. Kate approaches each treatment with intention, prioritizing facial balance, long-term outcomes, and patient trust.
As the founder of Heliotrope Wellness, she is dedicated to creating an elevated, welcoming space where patients feel confident, informed, and cared for—always guiding them toward their light.

Stephen Podwojski, RN
Stephen Podwojski is a registered nurse with a background in inpatient care and a current focus in hospice nursing within the community. His experience has shaped a deeply patient-centered approach, grounded in compassion, attentiveness, and respect for each individual’s unique journey.
With a strong clinical foundation and a calm, supportive presence, Stephen brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to aesthetic treatments. His work emphasizes comfort, trust, and natural results, helping patients feel at ease throughout their experience.
